Job Description

Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant will follow-up with sales leads, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries from leads and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Answers inquiries from clients concerning MagnaWave products, their uses, and the PEMF industry.
  • Assigns sales leads, questions, and issues to sales staff.
  • Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other sales information to clients.
  • Negotiates terms of sales and/or service agreements; prepares contracts, quotes, and submits orders.
  • Collaborates with other departments, managers, and staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Periodically prepares and reports results and status updates of accounts and leads.
  • Assists with answering phone calls and coordinating appointments.
  • Connecting incoming leads with Sales Representatives
  • Troubleshoots internal system issues.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to Director of Sales and Sales Support Staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-2 years office experience, preferably in customer service or sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter
  • Infusionsoft experience a plus, but not required
  • Mac experience a plus
  • Equine industry experience a plus
  • High School diploma required, college degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
