About the Role

ConcordRents is a leading provider of property management services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of our properties, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient and effective use.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and checklists to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to resident requests and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; applied trades training or certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a strong background in property maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
