Compensation:

$25 to $29 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on property commission structure.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Coastline Cove. This individual will play a critical role in guiding the maintenance team to ensure the integrity of our property.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff
  • Perform regular property inspections and address maintenance needs
  • Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when interacting with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • EPA HVAC certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
