Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Coastline Cove. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our property, utilizing your experience and attention to detail to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Perform make readies and maintain property grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Provide a weekly parts and material list to support maintenance operations
  • Assist in coverage of emergency calls and demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and well-being
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license required, with EPA HVAC certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner, with a willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
