Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager with our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business owners in your designated territory. Your primary goal will be to secure survey agreements and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting research and preparing for daily appointments with business owners
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance

The requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in outside sales or business ownership
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision

Our Compensation Package

  • A competitive base plus commission compensation structure with potential for high earnings, including $100K-$110K realistic first-year earnings and opportunities for residual income and daily cash bonuses
  • Full benefits after 60 days of employment and 401(k) after one year
  • Protected territory and pre-set appointments
