Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wound Care Nurse Manager to lead our team in Roseville, CA. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of a large unit or multiple units, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a large unit or multiple units, ensuring Assistants and staff provide exceptional care and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to establish and maintain patient care standards, meeting member expectations.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, resolving care issues and providing excellent service.
  • Analyze processes to improve systems and patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocations, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Identify cost-reduction strategies and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Determine optimal staffing needs, develop processes for hiring, training, and maintaining staff competency, and provide ongoing development opportunities.
  • Address human resource, labor relations, employee safety, and risk management concerns.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:Experience:
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience in management/leadership roles is required.
  • Five years of supervisory experience is also necessary.
Education:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, or four years of experience in a directly related field.
License, Certification, Registration:
  • A Registered Nurse License (California) is mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of experience in an outpatient care setting is highly desirable.
  • Clinical specialization in a relevant area of practice is beneficial.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience managing staff on extended roles and multiple locations is advantageous.
Benefits and Requirements

The estimated salary for this position is $190,000 - $220,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
