Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area. We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our busy department at our Roseville Clinic in Roseville, CA.
This opportunity offers a patient-centric, physician-led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses. Highlights include an excellent telephone call schedule, 24-hour advice nurse availability, hospitalists available 24/7, a collegial and supportive environment, shareholder track opportunity, generous compensation and benefits, bonus available, and stipend incentive possible for graduating residents.

Patient Care
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting thorough medical examinations and histories, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing clear and concise medical information, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, performing procedures as needed, collaborating with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions, providing consultative services to other healthcare providers, participating in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, reviewing and analyzing clinical outcomes for continuous improvement, implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety, adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice, staying informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, and participating in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in family medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
We offer a competitive salary range of $132.00 - $144.23 per hour.
