">Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction and Infrastructure Development Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of capital improvement projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and effective resource allocation.
">Key Responsibilities
">As a Construction and Infrastructure Development Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems for completed capital improvement projects, including roofs, boilers, and electrical panels across our communities.">
- Assisting in creating standardized Statements of Work (SOW) templates for common CAPEX projects and renovations.">
- Collaborating with project managers and site teams to gather project status updates and ensure accurate data entry into the tracker.">
- Conducting quality reviews of trackers, completed work, projections, and estimates to ensure compliance with quality standards.">
- Supporting the Capital Improvements team in administrative tasks and special projects as needed.">
