Salary: Estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive compensation package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and up to 5 weeks of PTO.

Job Description:

Mission Critical Project Management
  • Manage select projects in the Mission Critical Sector, including new builds, renovations, fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Lead internal teams and clients through planning, execution, and day-to-day management.
  • Provide all management functions, including scope responsibilities, client management, scheduling, and financials.
  • Vet company processes and provide input.
  • Assist project managers across all locations of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor staff as a technical resource and manage quality control reviews.
  • Develop a core group of assistant project managers capable of performing independently on similar project types.
  • Interact with partners and executives to further the growth and quality agenda of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • At least ten years of experience in engineering consulting or an adjacent field.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant field from a 4-year accredited university.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Strong technical writing skills and knowledge of building codes.
