Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts, provide pricing and product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock parts, and assist in taking inventory.
  • Ordering and Fulfillment: Place special orders for parts, read manuals to ascertain part specifications, and dispense parts to the service department and body shop.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental production and profitability goals, maintain CSI at or above dealership standards, and participate in required training.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products, ability to understand and follow instructions, and effective communication skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license required.
Work Environment

This role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and some holidays. The employee will be required to stand, walk, and sit frequently, and lift up to 30 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with continuous interaction with customers and colleagues.
