Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our store, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software systems.
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
