Vesta Realty, LLC is a dynamic and growing multifamily property management company seeking a seasoned Regional Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across our portfolio of properties.

Job Summary

The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including property management, leasing, and customer service. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maximize Net Operating Income: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses across assigned properties.
  2. Property Management: Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  3. Leasing and Customer Service: Manage leasing activities, including prospecting, showing properties, and closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Staff Supervision: Supervise and train property management staff, including Community Managers and Leasing Agents, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track property performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with property operations.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Certifications: ARM, CAM, CPM, or CAPS certifications preferred.
  3. Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
