About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate at Simon Property Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers
  • Perform sales and cashiering duties, including operating a cash register and processing transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Physical Demands:

  • Requires standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week
  • May require long periods of standing during peak sales periods
  • Requires stooping, kneeling, and reaching to place merchandise on customers' feet and to stock shelves
  • May require climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs to stock and acquire merchandise
  • Requires lifting items weighing 5-25 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier weights
