Position Summary:
This position is for an Associate Engineer or Engineer within the Product Support team at Northrop Grumman, located in Melbourne, FL. The selected candidate will engage in research and product development across multiple engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to solve engineering challenges.
2. Develop and propose solutions to assigned technical issues.
3. Collaborate with supervisors, project leaders, and fellow professionals to complete technical tasks.
Qualifications:
For Associate Engineer (T01):
- Completion or in-progress Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a STEM field.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
For Engineer (T02):
- Completion or in-progress Master's degree from an accredited institution or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of engineering experience in a STEM field.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience, along with strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Compensation:
- Associate Engineer: $55,000 - $82,700.00
- Engineer: $66,000 - $99,800.00
