Job Title: Associate Manager Engineering Services

Job Summary:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager Engineering Services to lead and manage a diverse team focused on Logistics and Integrated Product Support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of optimizing depot-level support and repair processes, managing assets and property, and developing comprehensive technical manuals and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for all program Logistical elements.
  • Drive team performance by fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Interface with multidiscipline teams to provide Integrated Product Support.
  • Manage cost accounts, schedules, and milestones related to logistical support.
  • Create work orders and provide oversight for depot repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Review, approve, and manage all shipments of parts, consumables, and items from the depot facility.
  • Manage government property, perform inventories, oversee audits, and prepare property reports on a routine basis.
  • Author FAA technical manuals and training for operational, instructional, and service procedures in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Develop and present briefings at weekly technical meetings and monthly program management reviews.
  • Participate and lead professional discussions in technical interchange meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years leading an Integrated Product Support team.
  • Minimum of two (2) years managing Depot Operations maintaining fielded hardware.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting a government program in the Operations and Maintenance phase.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, Engineering processes, and life cycle management.
  • Experience utilizing EVMS and reporting IMS milestone status.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat DC.

Working Environment:

The location for the performance of this program is Melbourne, FL. Employee must be located on site.
