Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Technology Search Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and internal orchestration of company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support services to clients through various communication channels
  • Answer technical questions and resolve issues related to the LinkTrust Affiliate Marketing Platform
  • Review platform features and discuss feature requests and issues with the development team
  • Meet with the support team daily to review current tickets and weekly to review KPIs and opportunities for improvement
  • Help prioritize and create support projects, and support the development team with new releases
  • Quality assurance testing, create system and email release notifications for clients, and connect with clients to help beta test features
  • Update and publish new documentation, help center updates, including release notes, and API documentation
  • Liaise with the development team about client needs and improve workflows and processes

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven technical aptitude, proven customer service aptitude, professional written and oral communication skills, strong deductive logic, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • High level of personal initiative and professionalism
  • Stable internet connection of 50Mbps and dedicated office space away from potential distractions
  • College diploma preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer support experience
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing Industry
  • Technical skills in Google Workspace, HubSpot, and other related software
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
