At LADGOV CORPORATION, we are seeking an exceptional Spiritual Guide to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to provide spiritual guidance and support to our clients.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $54,800, based on industry standards and the location of the job.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Spiritual Guide who can provide spiritual guidance and support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of faith-based principles and be able to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The Spiritual Guide will be responsible for attending all training sessions provided by the Bureau of Prisons for contract workers. This will ensure that the candidate is up-to-date with the latest protocols and procedures.

The Spiritual Guide will not be permitted to attend institution meetings, staff recalls, or government training sessions for institution staff on contract time or as consideration of the contract. However, they may attend team meetings and other meetings related to the services provided by the terms of this contract.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, the candidate must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community and have a letter of reference from the Pastor, Imam, Spiritual Leader, or other relevant authority.

The candidate must also possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with a major in religious studies, education, or related studies. Work experience in a correctional setting is preferred but not required.

Location and Travel

This position is based in Fort Worth, TX, and the successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations as needed. However, travel is limited to N/A, and the candidate will have the opportunity to work from home or in our office.
