**Job Summary**

At Argus Technical, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process to improve our services.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
