Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Call Center Representative to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our retail auto service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, suggestive selling, and customer scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service on the telephone, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • Assist retail store customers with questions regarding tires, oil changes, and batteries, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Understand and execute retail Tire Desk duties, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with problem resolution, using critical thinking to find solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Schedule in-store customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Perform special order buying duties for retail stores, meeting customer demands and expectations.
  • Create work orders, including products and services sold on the telephone, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain daily goal assessments, meeting individual goals and contributing to team success.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using critical thinking to solve customer issues.
