Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at First Mid Bank & Trust. As a key member of our customer support center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a financial institution or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
