Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is in search of an experienced administrative assistant to support the Estate Planning practice group. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a legal administrative role, particularly within a mid-to-large scale law firm environment.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a senior attorney and the broader practice group, which includes several attorneys and a paralegal. Key responsibilities encompass managing the attorney's calendar, organizing appointments, tracking financial expenditures, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

We seek a collaborative individual with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the senior attorney's schedule.
  • Facilitate litigation support and electronic filing.
  • Arrange meetings and travel logistics.
  • Screen incoming calls, correspondence, and electronic communications.
  • Prepare briefing documents and manage mail distribution.
  • Conduct general office tasks such as faxing, copying, and filing.
  • Assist with time entry and billing processes.
  • Comply with administrative protocols and maintain organized task lists.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
