Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned attorney to join our team at McDowall Cotter, a San Mateo-based law firm specializing in Trusts, Estates, Probate, Trust Administration, and Litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Trusts, Estates, and Conservatorships, with a strong background in estate tax planning and sophisticated trust planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to design and implement estate plans, working with clients and advisors to commence and complete trust administrations and probates, and handling high-pressure situations with ease. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and writing skills, and a strong attention to detail.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $150,000, a performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement estate plans for clients

Requirements:
