**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement a brand content strategy that showcases our brand's unique voice and perspective

• Drive qualified traffic and engagement through organic marketing initiatives across owned digital channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and events

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute paid media campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth

• Lead PR strategy, media outreach, and event planning to elevate our brand's reputation and visibility

• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and beauty editors to stay ahead of industry trends

• Guide partners on brand priorities and integrate them into high-impact programs that engage our audience

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of brand and social marketing professionals to create category-defining brand experiences

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications; or related field; master's degree preferred

• 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, and/or brand management; 5 years of experience in CPG, Beauty, and Personal Care preferred

• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing brand, content, marketing, or creative teams

• 3-5 years' experience in brand development

• Strong written communication skills; presentation skills; influence/interpersonal skills and analytical skills required

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media tools
