We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Director to lead our daily operations and oversee the implementation of programs and services that support the development of young people. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development, program management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Club, including program planning, staff supervision, and facility management.
- Develop and implement programs and services that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, parents, and other stakeholders to support the Club's mission.
- Manage the Club's budget and resources to ensure effective use of funds and equipment.
- Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to promote the Club's programs and services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, youth development, or social work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a youth-serving organization.
- Proven track record of program development and implementation, staff supervision, and community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
The Club Director will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, including staff, members, parents, and community partners. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The Club offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
