Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Oversee check processing, handle incoming correspondence, and perform basic office functions.
- Training: Receive training in ES systems and software applications.
- Paperwork Administration: Manage and organize paperwork, with a significant portion of work conducted within ES systems.
- Data Handling: Engage in extensive computer work, including typing and data entry, primarily using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Reporting: Prepare and manage reports, as well as download and organize files.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer correspondence and perform some telephone duties, including processing payments.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Basic typing skills are necessary (a typing test may be required).
- The initial interview will be conducted via MS Teams.
- A second round will take place in person with the Supervisor and another team member.
Only candidates legally authorized to work in the designated country will be considered.
