Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Solution Engineering is tasked with overseeing all facets of server rack integration operations. This position entails managing a dedicated team, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring the smooth integration of server racks in alignment with the organization's objectives and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing operational support for Cluster, Storage, HPC, and Cloud infrastructures.
  • Developing and testing Cloud/HPC or AI solutions both in-house and on-site to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Documenting intricate testing and troubleshooting procedures related to server, network, and cluster software and hardware.
  • Diagnosing hardware and software challenges and delivering timely resolutions.
  • Implementing cluster/storage infrastructures and conducting relevant tests.
  • Executing tests and benchmarks against server hardware, storage, network, applications, HPC, and Machine Learning workflows.
  • Gathering, visualizing, and analyzing test and benchmark data.
  • Creating technical documentation, including test reports and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  • Managing project budgets, controlling expenses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in HPC/AI or Cloud/Network management.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud/HPC deployment and testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
  • Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, AWS, COA, or RHCE are advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong time management, and interpersonal skills are beneficial.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $159,000 - $175,000. The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including location, experience, education, training, specific skills, and comparisons to existing employees in similar roles. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may qualify for additional compensation through bonus and equity award programs.
