About the Role:
BIBIBOP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our restaurant by driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork among staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Create an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality.
- Effectively address employee relations issues and ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment and ensure that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
- Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork.
- Maintain safety and security of the restaurant and document any accidents or incidents that occur.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven experience in food service operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
