Position Overview:
The Consumer Advocacy team at Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President-level professional to enhance our efforts in the United States. This team is committed to enhancing customer financial opportunities through a strategic advocacy framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic insights on customer analytics derived from diverse data sources.
  • Architect data infrastructure to support scalable cross-product analytics.
  • Lead a team dedicated to identifying and analyzing customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with various business units to refine analytical processes and uncover opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data analytics and product knowledge.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets using SQL or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Aqua Data Studio.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting complex information to varied audiences.
  • Results-driven with the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
