Project Engineer

At EngineerIT, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and cost estimating custom foundry equipment and other heavy industrial applications, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Cost Estimation: Develop and implement design solutions for custom foundry equipment and other heavy industrial applications, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Supervise and conduct testing on materials provided by customers, covering processes such as casting cooling, sand screening, casting orientation, and conveyance.
  • Equipment Engineering: Oversee the development of equipment engineering drawings, both customer approval and manufacturing, by directing and guiding designers.
  • Technical Consultation: Offer technical consultation to internal teams and customers, resolving field issues as they arise.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage projects, delegating tasks both internally and externally, and oversee multiple projects across different phases.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal departments, sales representatives, vendors, and customers.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure completion of all documentation requirements as per customer specifications.
  • Equipment Startup: Assist in equipment startup, whether remotely or on-site at the job location.
