About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of geotechnical engineering services across Kentucky and neighboring states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and synthesize geotechnical laboratory test results and field data to inform project decisions.
  • Apply robust geotechnical engineering principles to perform analyses for shallow foundations, deep foundations, slope stability, and settlement.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and external clients to ensure project success.
  • Write technical reports, prepare proposals, and participate in marketing and business development efforts.
  • Lead by example, supporting internal policies and practices, including health and safety, risk management, project management, and quality management.
About You
  • You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil or geotechnical engineering.
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
