Land Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our team at Ripple Effect Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and land development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead site planning and land development initiatives
- Design grading, stormwater management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities, and site planning for various project types
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams including CAD drafters, designers, engineers in training (EITs), and Professional Engineers (PEs)
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Colorado
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
- Technical competency in roadway design, utilities planning, drainage systems, and construction methods
