Job Title: Land Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our team at Ripple Effect Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and land development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site planning and land development initiatives
  • Design grading, stormwater management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities, and site planning for various project types
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams including CAD drafters, designers, engineers in training (EITs), and Professional Engineers (PEs)
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Colorado
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
  • Technical competency in roadway design, utilities planning, drainage systems, and construction methods
