Key Responsibilities
- Foster and build partnerships with internal customers and suppliers to ensure strategic relationships based on analytical data.
- Process purchase orders, change orders, and order acknowledgments.
- Work with Accounting to investigate and resolve invoicing and freight charge issues.
- Resolve dock audits with suppliers in a timely manner.
- Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to improve procurement department efficiency.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to develop and improve processes.
- Travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, and other events.
