**Salary and Benefits**

**Job Description**

As a Therapeutic Support Professional at Merlin Day Academy, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping others. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a therapeutic relationship with students, engaging them in therapeutic activities, and maintaining a safe environment for all children and staff. You will also assist with lunchroom prep, daily data collection, therapy room and lesson preparation, and cleaning and organizing the facility. Directly reporting to your supervisor, you will participate in daily tasks, additional tasks as needed, and yearly performance reviews.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree, paraprofessional license, experience working with children, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs. **Location and Availability**
