Case Manager

At Carolina Therapeutic Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and management over assigned service areas and staff. You will serve as a liaison between caseworkers and the Leadership Team, working closely with the Utilization Management Team to coordinate services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong understanding of mental health and developmental services. You will play an active part in the interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively to provide high-quality services to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a caseload of 25 weekly billable insurance hours
- Ensuring Client Rights are being adhered to for all consumers
- Providing designated weekly reports to supervisors
- Attending weekly meetings with direct supervisors for supervision
- Participating in multidisciplinary staffing as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college/university with a combination of three (3) years documented experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to the population served
- Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and email
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Recordkeeping
- Provide current proof of applicable licensing and credentialing requirements
