Position: AWS Security Architect (IAM / PAM)

Location: Hybrid onsite

Duration: 3+ Months; Strong potential for extension or full-time hire

Note: Candidates must possess AWS cloud certifications; in-progress certifications will not be accepted. Additionally, candidates should be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a comprehensive understanding of AWS IAM functionalities.

Role Responsibilities:

As an AWS Security Architect, you will:

  • Oversee enterprise identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning, recertification, and Privileged Access Management.
  • Provide expert knowledge in AWS Identity & Access Management services, including configuration and best practices.
  • Develop necessary automation to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain IAM Cloud Solutions, adhering to DevOps pipeline methodologies.
  • Manage and maintain AWS IAM roles, policies, and configurations to meet business requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead knowledge sharing initiatives in the evolution of governance and IAM Cloud Solution strategies.
  • Automate IAM processes related to workforce management events such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and access requests.
  • Design, develop, and operate IAM controls focused on access management and certifications.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security Operations and stakeholders to implement monitoring processes for digital identities.
  • Work with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall experience in the field.
  • Strong operational background.
  • Experience in controls and audit processes.
  • Proven expertise in IAM and PAM.
  • Extensive experience with AWS, particularly in Identity & Access Management services.
  • Proficiency in automation development for IAM Cloud Solutions.
  • Experience in policy and role management.
  • Knowledge of access protocols for RDS databases.
