Position: AWS Security Architect (IAM / PAM)
Location: Hybrid role
Duration: 3 Months with potential for extension or full-time employment


Role Summary:
The AWS Security Architect will be responsible for overseeing enterprise identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, recertification, and Privileged Access Management.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance on AWS Identity and Access Management services, ensuring compliance with best practices.
2. Develop automation processes for building, testing, deploying, and managing IAM Cloud Solutions within a DevOps framework.
3. Manage and maintain AWS IAM roles, policies, and configurations to support business needs and regulatory compliance.
4. Lead the evolution of governance and control frameworks related to IAM Cloud Solutions.
5. Automate processes related to workforce management events, including onboarding and access requests.
6. Design and implement IAM controls in accordance with established frameworks.
7. Collaborate with Cyber Security Operations and other teams to monitor and resolve identity-related incidents.


Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall experience in IT and security.
- Strong operational background with experience in controls and audit.
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Extensive experience with AWS IAM services and best practices.
- Proficiency in automation development for IAM Cloud Solutions within a DevOps context.
- Knowledge of policy and role management, as well as access to RDS databases.
