Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees and directs internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to develop audit findings and recommendations concerning business process optimization, internal control, and compliance. Reviews work papers and conducts complex testing procedures and audit risk and control assessments.
  • Engages in the formulation and execution of risk assessments and audit plans. Documents audit work demonstrating command of language, clarity of thought, and organized presentation.
  • Implements procedures and reviews work papers supporting the audit of internal controls, business processes, and account balances.
  • Stays informed about internal control audit trends to ensure audit processes remain effective.
