About the Role

The Collateral and Operations Analyst is a critical position within altLINE's internal audit team, responsible for ensuring the company's invoice factoring division operates in compliance with established policies and procedures.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on promoting a positive and team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily and weekly audits of Account Management activity to ensure compliance with altLINE's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with altLINE leadership to develop a process for reporting internal audit results
  • Design and execute larger quarterly audits to fill gaps in daily, weekly, and monthly audit activities
  • Prepare month-end reports for the corporate compliance team
  • Support altLINE management in preparing for external audits
  • Develop an understanding of business processes and recommend process improvements to strengthen the Operations and Account Management functions
  • Promote a positive and team-oriented culture
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an audit, data analysis, or accounting role
  • Comfortable working independently with data-centric tasks
  • Ability to identify and communicate errors, omissions, and discrepancies in the work of others
