Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Fellow to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
