RN - NICU Fellow

Providence is seeking a skilled RN to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
