About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
