Atlas Energy Solutions, a leading provider of high-quality frac sand and innovative logistics solutions, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, gathering business intelligence, and driving sales growth. Your distinctive insights will promote, direct, and execute the sales of Frac Sand, Logistics, and Last-Mile Solutions to operators and oilfield service companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by developing new client relationships and expanding market share with existing clients.
  • Position Atlas as a Trusted Advisor: Establish Atlas Energy Solutions as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
  • Understand Client Strategies: Stay informed of the strategies, market positions, budgets, and goals of key accounts.
  • Conduct Business Reviews: Regularly build and conduct business reviews to address client needs, prioritize improvements, and drive added value.
  • Foster Collaborative Relationships: Develop strong internal and client relationships that create mutually beneficial, win-win sales opportunities.
  • Lead in Logistics & Last-Mile Solutions: Position Atlas Energy Solutions at the forefront of customizable logistics and last-mile solutions, catering to client-specific needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related program.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience that led to accelerated revenue and rapid customer expansion.
  • Formal sales training in SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman, and other solution selling techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate agreements/contracts with complex terms to build strategic partnerships.
