Key Responsibilities- Business Planning & Account Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth, leveraging digital tools and data-based insights to identify opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
- Selling: Deliver compelling messages to customers, effectively handle objections, and close deals to drive changes in behavior.
- Customer Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and alliance partners to drive business growth and expansion.
- Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: Gather and validate market trends, map account linkages, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover and prioritize unique opportunities.
- Reimbursement: Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics, anticipate and address payer access issues, and leverage Lundbeck resources to drive business growth.
- Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environments to ensure compliance with Lundbeck policies and procedures, as well as FDA regulations.
- Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales experience.
- Skills: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Location: Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
- Travel: Willingness/Ability to travel up to 30% - 40% domestically to meet with customers and internal personnel, and attend conferences and meetings.
