Job Title: General Manager of Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Objectives:
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing costs
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective member engagement and support
Key Accountabilities:
  • Financial Performance:
    • Manage lab-level financial performance, including revenue and cost management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance
  • Marketing and Community:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and membership growth
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and vendors
  • Meeting and Events:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive meeting and event sales
    • Manage the meeting and event pipeline, including lead generation and follow-up
  • Member Experience:
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve member engagement and satisfaction
    • Manage member onboarding and support processes
  • Lab Operations:
    • Manage lab-level operations, including facilities, maintenance, and vendor management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve lab efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or services industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to handle interruptions to workflow
  • Ability to receive written or oral instructions
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to listen and respond clearly
