Job Title:

General Manager of Operations - Full Time

Key Objectives:
  • Drive revenue growth through effective P&L management, including achieving revenue goals across all revenue lines and controlling costs.
  • Enhance membership and M&E revenue by increasing brand awareness through networking, local promotion, and community outreach.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Lab Team to deliver an exceptional member experience, driven by hospitality and a keen attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and M&E revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing and sales resources to drive local lead generation efforts and ensure the Lab is performing to budget.
  • Manage controllable lab-level costs and ensure performance to budget, alongside periodic review of pricing and service level with local vendors.
  • Maximize revenue from services by up-selling and cross-selling to new and existing members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a hospitality-driven environment and proven P&L management experience.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to run/own a business.
  • Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage a team and give clear direction.
  • Proven sales skills, with the ability to close M&E sales and meet sales targets.
