  • Develop and coach leaders on running effective shifts, coaching and developing their employees, and creating engagement within the restaurant and market.

  • Review guest feedback metrics and work with leaders to increase guest satisfaction levels by empowering them to resolve concerns as they arise and coach leaders on being proactive.
  • Plan ahead with leaders to proactively identify, evaluate, and respond appropriately to labor efficiency problems, cash/security issues, and health and food safety inspections.
  • Accountable for creating a culture of employee engagement, learning & development, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee and inspect the execution of restaurant cleaning plans and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred.
  • Food Safety Certified; ServSafe Manager preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Previous District/Regional Manager/Multi-Unit Operator experience required.
  • At least two years of General Manager Experience with direct, one-unit P&L accountability.
  • Strong ability to lead and engage teams, with a servant leadership mindset.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow.
  • Demonstrates ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Ability to proactively develop creative solutions.
  • QSR Experience preferred.
  • Baked goods Experience preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $68,000.00 per year, plus bonus opportunities, and a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, employee discount, paid training, and work location: on-site.
