Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Document client progress and services provided using electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
