Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
