As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
