Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at AirCo Air Conditioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
  • IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with financial reports and ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
